A Cavan based company has applied for planning permission for a new development.
Univet Limited has lodged an application with Cavan County Council for Tullyvin, Cootehill Co Cavan.
The proposed development includes, for provision of new detached manufacturing facility including manufacturing and storage areas at ground floor.
It also includes office space, laboratory, reception, meeting room, canteen, staff welfare facilities and circulation areas over two stories.
The application includes associated site works which includes a new car parking area on the existing site with external lighting and EV car parking spaces, concrete yard, bicycle shelter.
Also included is alterations to site boundaries, boundary treatments, sewerage treatment unit with percolation area, signage, external plant areas and all ancillary works.
A decision on the application is due in August.
