A Cavan Councillor has hit out at the latest projected increase to the cost of the new National Children's Hospital.
Yesterday, the Development Board said it expects hyperinflation to lead to 51 million euro in additional spend.
The builder has also lodged extra cost claims amounting to more than half a billion euro.

The hospital was originally meant to be completed this August, however that has now been pushed to January 2024.
Councillor Shane P O'Reilly says this is unacceptable and comes as services are being restricted in Navan.
