A local councillor has sought an update in relation to flood relief schemes in Co Cavan.
Cllr Adrian Rogers raised the issue at the most recent meeting of the Bailieborough-Cootehill Municipal District.
He asked for an update on the places that need flood relief, particularly Kells Road out of Bailieborough, Virginia road out of Bailieborough at Brangans, between Knockbride GFC and Canningstown and Sharps corner.

Cllr Rogers said he was disappointed to hear that no flood relief money for Cavan this year.
Speaking to Northern Sound he outlined his concerns for the area.
