'A minute’s silence was observed by councillors on the Queen's death'

An online Book of Condolence has opened at Cavan County Council to mark the death of Queen Elizabeth 11.

It was signed ahead of this month’s meeting of the local authority by Cathaoirleach, Cllr John Paul Feely and CE Tommy Ryan.

A minute’s silence was also observed on the death of the British Monarch by members during yesterday’s proceedings.
