Cavan County Councillors have approved the disposal of lands at Corranure, Lismagratty and at Cootehill Enterprise Park
The local authority approved the disposal of 6.84 acres of land at Corranure and Lismagratty, Co. Cavan to Wilton Waste Recycling Limited for the sum of €342,000.
The council also approved the disposal of just under 1 acre of land at Cootehill Enterprise Park to Cootehill Precision Engineering Cootehill Enterprise Park for the sum of €30,000.

The approved sale of both properties were agreed by local councillors at the most recent sitting of Cavan County Council.
