Cavan Cross Cultural Community is hosting an event today to mark Africa Day.
The official day is celebrated next Wednesday, with a cultural showcase and family fun afternoon being held at Cavan Rugby Club as part of celebrations.
The event will showcase African tradition and cultural diversity, with sports, music and cooking displays on show.
