Cavan Fire Service is recruiting two retained firefighters in Kingscourt Town.
Candidates can be men or women, must be over 18 years on 14th of October, and live within 1.5 miles from the fire station if successful.
An appropriate level of fitness is important with medical, fitness, and mental tests carried out as part of the selection process.

Martin Kelly, the Kingscourt Station Officer, says they look for someone committed, flexible and honest, who is up for the challenge.
