A group of Cavan friends are embarking on an unusual fundraising activity to raise money for the ISPCA.
Thomas Reilly, Christopher Maguire and Thomas Lynch, will attempt to pedal across the Netherlands this week, in go-karts.
It's a total distance of 260km and the three friends estimate it will take them around five days to complete.

They've launched a go-fund me page which has raised almost €1,500 already for the ISPCA.
The trio have previously completed canoeing challenges, and have walked with a wheelie bin from Cavan to Cork for charity.
Thomas Reilly says that the go-karts will be challenging as they have no gears like a bike.
