However, the DAA's described it as a 'blip'.

The government has told Dublin Airport management to provide solutions to improve passenger experiences by tomorrow.

Ministers Eamon Ryan and Hildegarde Naughton met DAA this morning, after a weekend which saw 1 thousand passengers miss their flight as a result of long queues.

The DAA has committed it won't happen again, calling what happened a 'blip'.
