Cavan-Monaghan the only constituency without a first count

Cavan-Monaghan is now the only constituency nationally without a first count completed.

Kildare North was the only other outstanding count. Indeed, that has now been completed, with Fianna Fáil's James Lawless topping the count there.

Whereas, Its expected a count in Cavan-Monaghan will be completed in the next hour, with Sinn Féin's Matt Carthy expected to top the poll.
