The owner of a Cavan nightclub says "personal decisions" will determine how safe the sector can reopen.
The Imperial Nightclub in Cavan town is among the many across the country opening this weekend for the first time since March 2020.
People will only be required to wear a mask and socially distance when getting a drink at the bar or when queuing for the toilet.

Donal Keoghan says venues can ensure vaccine cert and contact tracing regulations are followed, but a lot will come down to the patrons themselves.
