Cavan SPCA says it believes three puppies that were discovered yesterday were dumped.
Two of the puppies were found in the Drumroragh area of Ballyjamesduff, while a third was discovered in the Mountnugent area.
In a social media post, the local SPCA says "we can only think at this stage that these three pups were dumped".

Cavan SPCA added that the three pups are not available for adoption and won't for some time, because they will veterinary treatment and care before they can go to new homes.
