The Cavan Volunteer Centre is set to officially launch their new website next week with Minister Joe O'Brien expected to attend. The Minister of State for Community Development, Integration and Charities will launch the hub for volunteering activities in Cavan which will have a redesigned user interface and layout that will enhance online experience.
The site will present the most essential and engaging tool that connects volunteers and organisations that need their help in Cavan. The site also features opportunities and inspiring testimonials from local volunteers and volunteer involving organisations, links to their monthly newsletter, plus improved access to I-VOL, the national volunteering database with a downloadable app.
Cavan Volunteer Centre invites visitors to explore www.volunteercavan.ie which will go live on the 28th of March 2023. Speaking to Northern Sound, Manager of Cavan Volunteer Centre Vanda Brady revealed; "Links to our social media platforms are also showcased throughout the website, so users can access their preferred tools and instantly share content."
