A Co Cavan author's latest book has made it on to Amazon's Best Seller List.
Deirdre Donnelly's book, Where Life Meets You: How We Love, Heal and Keep Going, is based on her experiences working with young people for more than 20 years.
The book looks at topics like mental health, resilience, nutrition, self-care, grief, faith and community.

Deirdre says she wrote the book to provide support for young people in their everyday lives.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, she explained why she felt it was important to write the book.
