A Co Cavan company has been recognised for its well-being initiatives at the recent Small Firms Associations Awards.
M&C Hybrid Energy, which is a renewable energy solution provider, won the Workplace Well-Being Award at the recent SFA event.
The company is headed by husband and wife team Michael and Carmel Smith and launched in 2009.

The prize-giving took place on National workplace well-being day, which Carmel says made the award win all the sweeter.
M&C Hybrid Energy was also shortlisted in the sustainability category, and paid a huge thanks to their staff members for working tirelessly to bring sustainability to Ireland.
