A Co Cavan rugby club is seeking permission to construct a new clubroom and changing facilities.
The plans would see Virginia Rugby Club demolish its existing clubroom building and remove their temporary changing rooms.
This would then be replaced with a new two-storey clubroom with changing facilities.

The rugby club is also seeking permission for additional car parking on the site.
