Concerns raised over paid sick notes without doctor assessment

Some employees are paying online for sick notes without an assessment from a doctor.

A report in the Irish Independent highlighted the practice, which can cost between 25 and 45 euro.

It says four sites offering the service didn't require proof of identification.
