IDA Ireland is "quietly confident" that a client will be found for its new Monaghan town facility.
Advertisements to potential investors began when the Advanced Technology Building in Knockaconny was completed towards the end of last year.
The 1,400 square metre facility is a ready for occupation and has a flexible design aimed at attracting foreign direct investment clients to the border region.

James Boyle, IDA Regional Manager for the North East said the finer points of ongoing negotiations are commercially sensitive.
"We are actively marketing that facility across all our 24 offices globally," he added.
It is a state of the art of facility and I would be quietly confident that we will get an occupier for it
