The annual Holiday World show took place at the weekend at the RDS Simmonscourt, and County Cavan was well-represented at the 'This is Cavan!' stand.
Cavan tourism businesses at Ireland's largest tourism trade show, included the Slieve Russell Hotel, Farnham Estate, Cavan Crystal Hotel, Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark, Created in Cavan, Aeroheaven Glamping, Swan Lake Glamping, 'This is Cavan!', Cabü, Breffni Arms Hotel and Cabra Castle.
Speaking on Friday from the RDS, Cavan County Council's Tourism Development Officer Joanne Hayes said, they were thrilled to be back at Holiday World this year with 'This is Cavan!', bringing some of Cavan's finest tourism businesses and organisations with them.
She says the response from members of the public and trade alike was really positive, and she believes that the efforts of all the local tourism trade members at the weekend will yield significant benefits for the local tourism industry in the months and years to come.
