The curtains has finally lifted on the newly refurbished Ramor Theatre following the popular venues closure for almost three years.
The three year hiatus came around due to the forced closure at the start of the pandemic and then a full refurbishment of the theatre.
In recent days the facility has opened as part of a newly developed civic space in Virginia Town centre.
Outlining the extensive changes made, Ramor Theatre manager, Padraic McIntyre says that there is new dressing rooms, a new box office and the bar in particular creates a lot more room for the audience to mingle.
Support from the wider Northern Sound region and further afield has been very much to the fore of the local theatre over the years and Padraic believes this will only be enhanced by the opening of the new-look premises.
Venue manager, Padraic McIntyre says the newly refurbished theatre is a focal point in the town.
