A TD has compiled figures which indicate a low number of IDA visits in the Northern Sound region.
This has followed concerns about inequality in regions when it comes to foreign direct investment.
Figures compiled by Malcolm Byrne indicate that there were 2,275 visits in Dublin between 2015 and 2024.

While the number of visits in the same time period were 25 in Cavan and 24 in Monaghan.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, Deputy Byrne explained the situation.
