Preparations are underway ahead of Cavan Day tomorrow.
Since 2020, the county has run the initiative to promote the wide connections that locals and the diaspora have with the region.
The idea behind Cavan Day is that people can get online and share an image or memory about what Cavan means to them.

This year's event, which takes place on Saturday will also have information on the Cavan Calling, which is a homecoming planned for 2023.
Conor Harrington from Cavan County Council explained what people can expect.
