An accountancy firm based in Cavan says moving to a four-day working week has increased the retention and recruitment of staff.
Mark Reilly from KBG Accountants believes the new measures which were introduced back in January has in no way comprised productivity across the company.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show, Mr Reilly said staff now have more time to attend health appointments, enjoy new hobbies and focus on family life.
