A free ERP Ireland electrical goods recycling drop off event will take place in Co Monaghan this morning.
The drop-off takes place at the Lidl Car Park in Castleblaney from 10am to 4pm.
People are being advised to dispose of household electrical items with a plug or battery including TVs, washing machines, IT equipment, stereos and mobile phones.
Today's event provides everyone with an opportunity to do their bit for the environment while de-cluttering their home at the same time.
