A man is aiming to swim the length of the River Shannon this week, to raise money for a mental health charity.
Paul Little from Roscommon set off from Cavan yesterday, and hopes to finish in Limerick next Sunday.
He's fundraising for the charity 'North West Stop,' which provides counselling to people affected by mental health or emotional challenges.
