Local Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault. Gardaí say they found a man with a cut to his head on Main Street in Ballinamore, County Leitrim, on the night of the 31st of May.
A large music festival was taking place in the vicinity of the town and Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to come forward. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Carrick on Shannon or Ballinamore Garda Stations.
