The green light has been given for 12 new houses in Kilnaleck.
The homes will comprise of 8 x 2 bed semi detached bungalows and 4 x 3 bed semi detached dormer bungalows.
The go ahead to Crosserlough Construction Ltd also allows for the connection to public services, a new entrance and all ancillary works.

Cavan County Council approved the application with 24 conditions attached.
