HSE says vaccine programme will speed up from now on

The HSE says the pace of the vaccination programme is going up a gear from here-on-out.

There's increasing evidence that the chains of transmission of Covid-19 are being broken.

It comes as the Chief Medical Officer says now is the time for people to be hopeful and to start planning their summer.

The HSE's Chief Clinical Officer Dr Colm Henry says the roll out of the vaccine programme is gathering pace.
