A kombucha producer is sticking local to get the best out of his product.

BogBoy Booch, owned by Joshua Dennis, is using locally sourced ingredients to make Kombucha, which is a fermented drink made from tea, sugar, and water.

The seasonal, local ingredients that his drinks are flavoured with include honeysuckle foraged from Rossmore Forest Park.

The BogBoy Booch brand is also part of the Created in Cavan network, which is a collaborative food, drink and hospitality community.
