Lakeland Dairies is seeking permission to erect new silos at its Killeshandra and Bailieborough sites.
At its Church Street factory in Killeshandra, the works would include the demolition of a single story laboratory building to facilitate the construction of two, 20 metre high silos.
The demolition and erection of the silos would take around three months.
Meanwhile, at its site in Lear, Bailieborough, permission is being sought to install two silos with heights of up to 11 metres, alongside the construction of a new concrete plinth to store the same.
The planning application for the Bailieborough site says "there will be a minimal construction element to this project".
