Monaghan County Council has approved the sale of land that is set to be used as a burial site.
The 0.9 hectare site in the townland of Onomy, Castleblayney, will be transferred to the St Macartan's Diocesan Trust.
A nominal fee of ten euro will be paid to the County Council for the sale of the land.
