A local councillor is urging people to be a bit cautious as tar is lifting due to heat.
Adrian Rogers has reported a number of crossroads in Cavan where the tar is lifting due to the ongoing heatwave.
This includes Seefin and Collins Cross, the Aontu councillor has contacted the MD office in Cootehill.

He understands a crew is dealing with the issue by putting down dust on the affected areas.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Cllr Rogers explained the issues.
