A local football fan says he is 'surprised' that the majority of Irish supporters are hoping for England to crash out at the World Cup.
Research commissioned by Ladbrokes revealed that support for England is divided among Irish fans.
According to the survey, 29 per cent of Irish fans said they would be happy to see England win the trophy.
