A local restaurant owner has warned that the industry could face even more problems when it re-opens.
Kevin Redmond, from Andy's Bar and Restaurant in Monaghan Town, says 80% of restaurants in Ireland are leased.
He fears rents that have accrued will soon fall due and cause financial difficulties for restaurants.

However, Kevin hopes Monaghan's hospitality business will be able to rely on the support of local people to get through this period.
