A local restaurant owner says there is a 'grey area' when it comes to admissions and Covid certs.

Kevin Redmond who runs Andy's Bar and Restaurant in Monaghan Town says he recently let a well-known anit-vaxer into his premises because he had presented a negative Covid test.

While he says guidelines should be respected and was critical of any establishment that ignores the rules, he says some on lookers make judgements without knowing the circumstances.
