A local suicide bereavement group can offer hope to those impacted by suicide.
That's according to Patricia Smith and Joseph McCabe, who are facilitators of the HUGG Cavan support group.
Healing Untold Grief Groups is a volunteer-run charity and it's led by trained facilitators with the lived experience of suicide.

The Cavan group meets every second Tuesday and is also open to people in Monaghan, with the next meeting taking place online on the 29th of June.
Patricia lost her son to suicide in 2014, while Joseph lost his wife in 2009.
Patricia told Northern Sound that being a facilitator allows her to offer support that she felt was missing when she lost her son, while Joseph encouraged people affected by suicide to reach out to the group:
