SOSAD in Cavan and Monaghan is reminding people across the Northern Sound Region that there no waiting lists for their services.
The local suicide prevention charity is encouraging people to get in contact with them and reach out for help.
The service is also there for people who may have a loved or a friend that they are worried about and would like to receive some professional advice
Christine Wynn is the Co-ordinator of the SOSAD Cavan branch, she says that while many people are in good environments at home not all families are in the same position.
Christine says there is several ways to get in touch with SOSAD.
