A local travel agent has seen some cancellations following the recent restrictions.
Mark Clifford from O 'Hanrahan Travel in Monaghan says we now have the most restrictive rules in Europe and it will negatively impact the industry.
However, he still feels there is a pent up demand for travel and most people are counting with their Christmas travel plans.
