The Monaghan winner of half a million euro in the Euromillions has claimed their prize.
They won the Euromillions Plus prize on March 2nd after buying their ticket online.
The winner, who has asked to remain anonymous, has said they were overwhelmed with joy when they got the email from the National Lottery saying they had won.

They've said the first thing they'll do with the winnings is clear their mortgage but they'll take more time to consider what to do with the rest of their winnings.
