A Cavan businessman says employee wellbeing is more important now than ever.
M&C Hybrid Energy in Lavey was shortlisted for two Small Firm Association Awards this week, including one in the Workplace Wellbeing category.
Micheal Smith is the Managing Director of the Cavan company, and said he has a responsibility to make sure his staff and their families are doing well.
