Ross Mealiff is the Managing Director of the Hotel Kilmore and had hailed the re-opening of hotels as a "tremendous day".

The Hotel Kilmore remained open during the previous lockdown to provide for essential workers, but has re-opened this morning for residential guests.
In the run-up to Christmas, Level 5 restrictions were re-imposed due to the rising Covid-19 case numbers.
However, Ross Mealiff told this morning's Joe Finnegan Show that the vaccination roll-out gives him confidence regarding today's re-opening:
