A Monaghan cancer support group says many illnesses went undetected because
of Covid-19.
It's thought that 1 in 10 cancers went undiagnosed in the past 15 months,
because of cancellations in appointments and a lack of availability for
treatments.
Earlier this week, Crocus Men's Den and Cuan Cavan Cancer Support Centre
hosted an online event as part of Men's Health Week, to highlight the
importance of seeking timely medical care.

Martin Maguire from Crocus says men are disproportionately affected by these
delays.
