Monaghan based firm McAree Engineering Ltd have been recognised with a national award at the Irish Steel Awards 2023. McAree Engineering won the Extra Mile Awards Education & Training award at the event that was held at the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise.
Brendan McAree and Terry O'Neill from the Monaghan Company were presented with the bespoke solid bronze accolade by Paul Collins from Fabtech Robotics. This year's gala dinner and awards were held last Saturday the 7th October.
The annual awards recognises the best metal fabrication projects that Ireland has to offer.
