- Local Election Candidate for Monaghan MD Brian Clerkin is demanding answers to recent works on the Killygoan Mast.
According to the local election hopeful, there has been work vans and equipment parked in the area for a number of months. As a result, he has questioned the impact of this on people's health and also if the works comply with planning permission. If elected to Monaghan County Council Candidate Clerkin said he will "demand" that a full health impact survey be conducted on the mast and its impact on the area overall.
