Monaghan gardaí are investigating a hit-and-run traffic collision that caused "material damage" to a car.
The collision occurred last Thursday in the Flemings/St. Peter's Lake car park, and gardaí believe the incident occurred at around 2:15pm.
A white, Northern registered Mercedes car had considerable damage caused to the rear driver's side door by the offending vehicle.

A witness left a note on the injured party's car but failed to leave contact details.
