A Monaghan resident has raised concerns about long running antisocial behaviour in the town.
Donal Sherry says there is one particular house in the Killgowan Estate that is causing major hardship on local residents.
Donal is calling on the local authority to take immediate action with these tenants.

He says that gardaí are attending the property three or four times a week over antisocial issues.
The Monaghan man believes that these people are putting up their two fingers are the council, gardaí and the residents of the estate.
