A motorcyclist whose choice of clothing attracted the notice of local gardaí was later arrested for drug driving.
Cavan Roads Policing Unit were on the Cootehill Road, R188, on Tuesday when they stopped the motorcyclist who was wearing only a tee shirt and shorts.
It was then found that the driver had no insurance, no rear brakes and also failed a roadside drugs test - testing positive for both cocaine and cannabis.

The motorcyclist was then arrested and the motorcycle was taken off the road.
Gardaí are using the incident to remind all road users to never drive while under the influence of drink or drugs.
