Nationwide protests against the rising cost-of-living crisis are underway

Nationwide protests against the rising cost-of-living crisis are to get underway this afternoon.

The protests are been organized by the cost-of-living coalition.

There is 20 locations, 10 in Dublin alone where the protests are being held from 2pm.

Monaghan Town is one of the locations where people in big numbers are expected this afternoon.
