There is a new café being opened in Monaghan town tomorrow, that will be promoting the Irish language.
All profits from An Nead (nyah-ad) café, meaning the nest, will go back into Muineacháin na Gaeilge.
The organisation is a community group that works through the Irish language.
The café is situated on Park St. in Monaghan town, where Missy A's used to be.
Seán Ó'Murchú from Muineacháin na Gaeilge said that everybody and every language is welcome in the café, and that there will be and Irish vibe.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he said that some people are still apprehensive about speaking Irish.
He said: "At the end of the day, it's a café where people can enjoy themselves, come in and have a chat with their friends, whatever.
"If people are open to speaking a cúpla focail, all great. If you have a lot of focail, brilliant, if you don't have it, it doesn't matter.
"We want to be there for the community in one form or another. Anything that helps break down peoples apprehension.
"Sometimes people, unfortunately, have a little bit of apprehension about taking the first step, about sticking their toe into the great ocean of Na Gaeilge.
"We say to people, it's up to you if you want to dive head first or dip your toe in, it doesn't really matter you know," Ó'Murchú added.
