The new chair of Monaghan IFA says he's looking forward to being a voice for local farmers.
Patrick McCormack was elected at the virtual AGM last night, taking over from Frank Brady.
Patrick is a beef and poultry farmer based in Threemilehouse, and has previously sat on a number national IFA committees.

He says a collective voice is what's needed going forward.
